Return Process

Step 1: Reporting the Issue
– Contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product.
– Provide details about the issue and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos).

Step 2: Verification
– We will verify the authenticity of your complaint.
– If the complaint is genuine, we will inform the relevant provider and arrange for a replacement.
– In case of frivolous or baseless complaints, we reserve the right to take legal action, and you will be liable for all related costs.

Accepting Delivery

– Ensure that the packaging is not damaged or tampered with.
– If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

Conditions for Returning Products

– Notify us of any damaged or defective products within 24 hours of delivery.
– The product must be unused.
– Return the product in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.
– Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
– We will arrange for pickup through our logistics partner. If unavailable, you will need to dispatch the product using a reputable courier within one day after we notify you.

Verification And Refund

– Returned products will be subject to verification and checks.
– If the return is accepted, the value of the product will be refunded based on your original payment method.
– Online Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7-21 working days to your online account or via cheque.
– Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be provided through a cheque or account transfer.
– Product Repairs: If the product can be repaired, we will arrange for repairs and return the product to you.
– Discount Coupons: Once used, discount coupon codes cannot be refunded in case of order cancellation.
