  • Faculty Processing Time: The time taken by the faculty to prepare and dispatch your order.
  • Product Availability: If the product is readily available or requires additional processing time.
  • Shipping Destination: The distance between the faculty and your delivery address can affect how long it takes for your order to reach you.

    For digital products such as E-books or downloadable lectures, you will receive immediate access via email. Physical items are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Are there any additional costs (such as taxes or fees)?

There are no additional or hidden costs at Y ONE CLASSES. The price you see on the product page includes all applicable charges, with no extra fees for taxes or shipping.

Why might delivery times vary?

Delivery times can differ due to:

  • Faculty Location and Processing Time: Different faculties may have varying processing times based on their location and workload.
  • Shipping Address: Your location and the delivery distance from the faculty can affect delivery speed.
  • Courier Service Efficiency: The time taken by the courier to deliver to your area can influence delivery duration.

Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not available?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. This policy is set by the individual faculties and is not managed by Y ONE CLASSES.

What if there is a delay in delivery?

In case of any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can also track your order status through your account on our website.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your order. We can make changes as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped.
